Choosing someone to care for your pet is personal. At Fello, we believe trust begins with knowing how things work, who makes the decisions and what to expect.
We're starting small in Zürich Kreis 7 and Witikon, with a straightforward approach to arranging local pet care.
A personal approach to sitter participation
For our private beta, sitter accounts are created by the Fello team. There is no open public sitter registration.
This allows us to manage who participates in the initial community. You remain responsible for choosing which available sitter you'd like to request.
A clear booking process
You choose the service and time you need, review available sitters and their prices, and send a booking request.
The sitter can accept or decline. Your booking is confirmed only when the sitter accepts.
If plans change, cancellation conditions apply as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Your information matters
Your home address is not publicly displayed in sitter search.
For an accepted booking, the assigned sitter may need access to your address to provide the agreed care.

A little preparation goes a long way
Before sending a request, make sure your pet's information is accurate and review the service, time and price.
During the private beta, payment is made directly to the sitter in cash. Fello does not collect or process payments.
