This helps you get started and request care that suits your pet's needs.

Find nearby care
Choose Dog Walking or Drop-in Visits, select a date and time, and explore available local sitters.
You can review their prices before deciding whom to contact.

Send your booking request
Found someone who looks like a good match? Send a booking request through Fello.
Your sitter can accept or decline. Your booking is confirmed only when the sitter accepts.

Care arranged. Payment made directly.
Once your booking is accepted, you and your sitter have an agreed arrangement for your pet's care.
Payment is made directly to the sitter in cash. Fello does not collect or process payments. The sitter can record cash received in the app.
What if plans change?
You can cancel a pending or accepted booking through Fello, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
