    Tell us about your pet

    Create your profile and tell us about your pet, so you can find care that suits their needs.

    Find your local sitter

    Choose a service and time, then discover available sitters in your neighbourhood.

    Request and confirm

    Send your booking request. Once accepted, arrange your pet's care and pay your sitter directly in cash.

Choosing someone to care for your pet is personal. We believe in clear booking steps, a personal approach to onboarding sitters and transparency about your information.

  • Care for your pet

    Sitter accounts are created by the Fello team, rather than through open self-registration. You choose whom to send a booking request to.

  • A clear booking process

    You send a request and the sitter decides whether to accept. Our cancellation terms explain what happens if plans change.

  • Respect for your data

    Your home address is not publicly displayed. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used and who may access it.
